The Swim
Every Wednesday night starting from March until November meet the Mad Dogs at Hurley park on Pass-A-Grille beach. The group meets and walks down the beach toward the Don Cesar Hotel at 6:00PM. Swimmers do anywhere from a 1/4 mile to one mile swim. |

The Run
After swimming, many Mad Dogs take a nice early evening run for about 4 miles along Pass-A-Grille's nice roads. |

The Fun
Stick around and have some food and beverages after working out. Many stay well into the night!! |
